In 1993，Dave Dai founded the “workshop for plastic and metal mould engineering ”in Zhejiang. This was the birth of today’s professional tool company.Right from the start, it was characterized by innovative strength and eternal quality.Mr Dai is a outstanding founder, product designer, mold maker, and leader.

Since 2003, JINGYAN TOOLS was officially established.
From 2006, JINGYAN and STANLEY reached strategic cooperation relationship, We worked on many new projects together ,
From 2018, JINGYAN with BOSCH, TOUGHBUILT company reached cooperation relationship.
